At Barwon Valley Golf Club, we are dedicated to welcoming women into the game of golf through our supportive and inclusive community. That’s why we’ve created our Women’s Introductory Membership—a six-month program designed to make starting golf an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

This unique membership includes two private lessons with the Geelong Golf Academy (GGA), regular clinics every six months, and access to a community that helps you build confidence, make connections with fellow members, achieve a handicap, and learn the rules and etiquette of the game.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to advance your skills, this membership is tailored to support women at all levels of their golfing journey.

In addition, Barwon Valley Golf Club was a finalist for the 2022 Golf Australia Visionary of the Year award. The club was recognized for its advanced approach to long-term systemic change and its efforts to promote gender equality in golf.
